A dog fell down a deep well and couldn’t go out. She struggled to stay afloat, but she became too tired to keep swimming. She clung to a wall, desperately trying to stay alive.
Fortunately, someone reported the incident to the Animal Aid Unlimited, and rescuers from the organization responded to the call. When the rescuers got there, they saw how weak the dog looked, and they assumed she had been stuck in the well for hours. They lost no time in bringing her out.
As soon as the dog heard that there were people near the well, she looked up. She was too weak to keep holding on to the wall, and she lost her footing. She swam frantically, trying to cling back to the wall, but she couldn’t.
However, she must have felt that help was coming, so with whatever strength she had left, she swam around the well once more to stay alive. When she saw a rescuer going down the well, she swam toward him, instinctively knowing he would save her.
She quietly cooperated as the rescuer took her from the water and put her inside a large net basket. Rescuers above carefully pulled her up as the rescuer in the well gently guided the basket so it wouldn’t hit the rocks protruding on the wall. Finally, she was safely taken out of the well.
The Animal Aid Unlimited crew took her to a place where she could be checked for injuries. They felt her legs for any broken bones, pinching some parts to see if she would react in pain. Thankfully, she was not injured.
Throughout the process, the dog was very cooperative. She didn’t complain or try to break free, as if she knew they were doing this for her sake.
Finally, she was taken to an area to rest and eat and receive lots of petting, all of which she accepted gratefully.
